These SMS Terms and Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern the provision and delivery of text messages by Wecanassemble LLC d/b/a Out of the Box (“Out of the Box,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to you. By opting into our SMS messaging program, you agree to abide by these SMS Terms.
Out of the Box provides a mobile messaging program (the “Program”) to keep our customers informed about their service requests. Through the Program, we send scheduling updates, installation and appointment reminders, technician arrival notifications, and other messages related to the status of your assembly service.
You acknowledge that by providing your mobile phone number at the time of booking or by otherwise opting into the Program, you expressly consent to receive non-marketing and marketing text messages from Out of the Box at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency will vary. The number of messages you receive will depend on your service status, the number of appointments you have scheduled, and any communications you initiate with us.
Message and data rates may apply to any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Out of the Box is not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier. Please check your mobile service provider’s plan for details.
To stop receiving text messages from Out of the Box at any time, you can opt-out of the Program by replying **STOP** to any message you receive from us. After you text **STOP**, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device unless you opt-in again.

The Program is available on major mobile carriers. However, **carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.** Out of the Box is also not liable for the availability of the Program from your mobile carrier.
To receive Out of the Box text messages, you must be a resident of the United States and 18 years of age or older.

The Program is offered on an "as-is" basis and may not be available in all areas at all times and may not continue to work in the event of product, software, coverage or other changes made by your mobile carrier.
To the fullest extent permissible by law, we will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of profit) arising out of or in any way related to your use of the Program.
We reserve the right to modify these SMS Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new SMS Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued participation in the Program after such modifications will constitute your acceptance of the changes.
